  • Should I buy Sterling Silver vs Silver Plated Jewelry? It all depends on your budget, the care you will give your jewelry, and your preference. Both will tarnish over time due to oxidation and from usage, and even from improper storage. Silver Plated Jewelry, if cared for, can last 3 -10 years. Sterling Silver also requires care to be free from tarnish. Sterling can withstand the wear and tear of metal being worn down, thinning from polishing, without revealing a base metal as it is silver throughout.   • How is the product made? Where do the materials come from? Our jewelry handcrafted using resources from trusted vendors. Example: I use semi-precious gemstones ordered from Dakota Stones who ethically mine and cut most of their own, or they have partners who do the same. They clearly label whether the stone is natural, treated or a composite, so I  pass that information on to you. I order the wire from wholesale companies known for their quality. 
  • How do I make sure I order the right size? This is a very good question and accurate measurement is very helpful in getting the proper fit, unless the jewelry piece is adjustable. Please see details in our blog: 
  • What is the return policy We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return in it's original condition.   • What are the shipping options? Our default shipping is 1st class USPS. If you need your package sooner, you can message me with for instructions. Pick up at the Studio is also available.
  • When will I receive my order? You will receive an email with your tracking number. Typically, orders arrive in 3-5 days from shipped date. And typically I ship within 72 hours of receiving the order with payment. (So a total of 5-8 days is usual).
  • What do I do if I received a defective order? OMG, Please message us  ASAP with photo of problem. I will take care of it immediately. If I have overlooked a defect, I would be mortified and want to be notified immediately to make it right.
  • How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed? Once the order has been placed, I usually ship out within a day or two, so contact me immediately. If the package shipping label hasn't been printed, I can cancel the order. If the package has shipped, it is too late. You will receive notice via email when the package ships. However, I will work with you to meet your needs within reason. It may involve you paying an extra shipping charge for the exchange.
